Hat Return & Exchange Policy on Custom Hats
Our customer’s happiness is our number one priority at Cofer Hat Company. Custom order returns are based on a case by case basis. We work closely with every one of our custom ordering friends to ensure they get exactly what they’re hoping for on their personalized hat creation adventure. Because of the crafting time spent, individuality of the customized hat, and wait list, please make sure that prior to ordering, your measurements are accurate. In the event that your custom hat is slightly too big or too small, reach out to us and we will guide you in the right direction as far as steps to take in achieving a more perfect fit. Please note, the felts and sweatbands we use do conform to your head after multiple wears if not exactly perfect upon first wear. Similar to a new pair of boots, your hat may need a little “breaking in” too.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your hat, and a return is deemed neccesary, we will replace or refund your custom order once the original custom hat is returned to Cofer Hat Company safely and in original condition in which it was shipped out. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Please note that pre-made or palm leaf hats are non-refundable. All pre-made hats are sold AS-IS. All palm leaf hats are made-to-order. Be sure to double check your sizing before purchase to ensure an accurate fit. All pre-made/palm leaf hat sales are FINAL.
